Terms & Conditions

Please make sure to read our terms and conditions before you book an appointment with us.  

- ALL bookings must be done ONLINE via our bookings tab.  In some cases we may be able to take phone bookings.  Please note we are very busy with clients so sometimes are unable to answer the phone.  Please text or e-mail in that case and we will get back to you.

- ALL bookings require a deposit before the booking will be confirmed.  We require 48hrs notice for all cancellations.  Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations out of the 48 hours notice.  

- Please make sure that all eye make-up is removed before your treatment (LASH EXTENSIONS ONLY) or you will incur a £5.00 charge for removal of make-up.

- For Health and Safety protocols, no children or pets are allowed to accompany you for your treatment.

- The remainder of the payment is due after your treatment.  We accept Cash or Card payments.  If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer - this will need to be done before your appointment.  Please contact us to discuss.

- ALL Lash Extensions and Tint treatments require a PATCH TEST 24-48 hours before your treatment. No Exceptions.  Your initial consultation will also be carried out at this point.

- All Bundle Specials can not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressed otherwise.  

Nine Beauty reserves the right to change the conditions of our terms from time to time and as we see fit.  Please check our terms regularly for any updates/amendments.
